At Grainger, I helped spearhead the Supplier Strategic Growth Program (SSGP), a comprehensive initiative designed to elevate our supplier partners' visibility and success. This program integrates various promotional strategies, from high-profile events like the Grainger Show in Orlando to diverse online tactics.

To ensure our suppliers could effectively utilize email and display tactics, I led the creation of detailed templates and guidelines. These resources, including PSD templates, were complemented by kick-off calls, setting up our partners for success. Through collaborative efforts and clear communication, we established industry-standard practices that our suppliers could easily follow.

The SSGP's success is a testament to the dedication and expertise of our internal team. Over the years, the quality of digital assets delivered by our suppliers has significantly improved, reflecting the strong support and guidance provided by our team.
